Sales launch at The Crosby, a planned 33-story tower in downtown Miami

Sales launched this week at The Crosby Miami Worldcenter, a planned 33-story tower with 450 residences in downtown Miami, a news release said.

The joint venture between developer Related Group and Merrimac Ventures, a South Florida real estate investment and development firm, is set to break ground in 2023 and be completed in early 2025.

The Crosby will offer studios and one- and two-bedroom units from 350 to 825 square feet, starting in the $300,000s. Units will include open floor plans, gourmet kitchens and keyless entry technology. Balconies will offer views of downtown. The building will feature a fitness center, office space, billiards, a theater and private dining area, plus a rooftop pool deck with a jacuzzi and grills.

OneWorld Properties is the exclusive sales partner of The Crosby, designed by South Florida-based CFE Architects and New York interior designers AvroKO.

The Crosby is part of Miami Worldcenter, a $4 billion, 27-acre development with residential, retail, restaurant and entertainment space. Its the second-largest urban development in the U.S., the news release said.

The sales launch of The Crosby comes during a period of immense activity for Miamis real estate market, with downtown Miami one of the key beneficiaries,Nick Perez, senior vice president of Related, said in the news release. Buyers are looking for multiple ways to live and invest, and The Crosby allows them to do both within the citys most notable address, Miami Worldcenter.
